<br />0 R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N o. 1 675 <br /> <br />MSR:dp:4/21/76 <br />O,7JGlliJAL <br />JUN 28 1976 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.31 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO MARINE HARBOR BERTHS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />Section 25.31 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 25.31 <br /> <br />Application for berths in the harbor <br /> <br />shall be made to the City and shall be granted in the <br /> <br />order of request, after preference has been given to the <br /> <br />boats mooring in the harbor: provided, however, that <br /> <br />preference shall also be given to the boat most suitable <br /> <br />to the berth to be rented." <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1675 <br />
