<br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />The aforementioned amendment described in <br /> <br />Section 1 of this ordinance is further described as that area <br /> <br />bounded by Walnut, Hilton, Maple and stambaugh Streets (Lot 1 <br /> <br />through Lot 7, Block [1] Sweeney Addition [Assessor's Parcel <br /> <br />No. 053-235-010]) and is shown on "Exhibit A." <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption, but this ordinance shall not be operative until a <br /> <br />Senior citizen housing project shall have been approved by the city <br /> <br />and until a building permit therefore shall have been issued by the <br /> <br />city. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
