<br />expenditures shall be paid by warrant or check from any fund <br /> <br />properly chargeable therewith and the City Treasurer is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to pay such warrants. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. <br /> <br />Disposition of Unexpended Unencumbered Moneys <br /> <br />in Funds at Close of Fiscal Year. <br /> <br />All unexpended unencumbered <br /> <br />moneys remaining in any fund or account of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />at the close of the fiscal year, June 30, 1976, the disposition of <br /> <br />which is not otherwise provided for in the above mentioned budget <br /> <br />for the fiscal year July 1, 1976-June 30, 1977, as approved herein, <br /> <br />or in the Charter, ordinances, or resolutions of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, or by general law, or by other legal obligation, are hereby <br /> <br />ordered transferred to the General Fund of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for the fiscal year July 1, 1976-June 30, 1977. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br /> <br />Amended Disposition of Proceeds Collected Under <br /> <br />Article I, Chapter 32, Code of the City of Redwood City. <br />of One Million Four Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand Five Hundred <br /> <br />~e sum <br /> <br />Three and No/100 Dollars ($1,478,503.00) is hereby appropriated and <br /> <br />transferred from the Capital Outlay Fund to the General Fund for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1976-June 30, 1977. <br /> <br />To the extent provided herein, this section shall be deemed to be an <br /> <br />amendment of Section 32.15 of the Code of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for the fiscal year July 1, 1976-June 30, 1977, only. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. <br /> <br />Budgets for General Improvement Districts No. <br /> <br />1-64, No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65. <br /> <br />There are hereby adopted <br /> <br />as the budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, <br /> <br />No. 2-65 and No. 3-65, the budgets certified by the City Clerk and <br /> <br />City Manager, and so designated and included in the general City <br /> <br />Budget adopted by paragraph 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Repeal. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1635, adopted June 23, <br /> <br />SECTION 9. <br /> <br />1975, and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 1635, and <br /> <br />-4- <br />
