<br />DES:dft Q/25/90R (027/29) <br /> <br />of an amendment to the TSM Agreement providing for the addition <br /> <br /> <br />of said City as a member agency to said Authority. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That certain amendment to the TSM Agreement entitled <br /> <br /> <br />"First Amendment to Joint Powers Agreement Adding the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Burlingame as a Member Agency", the purpose of which is expressed <br /> <br />in said title, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />transmi t certified copies of this resolution to the Intercity <br /> <br />Transportation System Management Authority and to the cities of <br /> <br /> <br />Belmont, Foster City, San Carlos, San Mateo and Burlingame, and <br /> <br /> <br />to coordinate, through the Administrator, Intercity <br /> <br />Transportation System Management Authority, the execution of six <br /> <br /> <br />original counterparts of the agreement approved hereby for <br /> <br />inclusion with the original counterparts of the TSM Agreement <br /> <br />executed by each of the parties thereto. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11399 <br />
