'011 \."'" <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11395 <br /> <br />SEP 24 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br />SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY FOR THE OPERATION <br />OF AN EMERGENCY SHELTER, KNOWN AS THE FAMILY LIVING <br />CENTER IN REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated <br /> <br />9/20/90 <br /> <br />), by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Redevelopment <br /> <br />Agency, and Shelter Network of San Mateo County, regarding the <br /> <br />operation of an emergency shelter, known as the Family Living <br /> <br />Center, in Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br /> <br />same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
