<br />DES:d;v 09/12/90 (010/28) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />SEP 1 7 1990 <br />No.11391 <br /> <br />OaIG1NJ\L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PLAN CHECKING SERVICES FOR THE LAGUNA <br />POINT SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />(KCA ENGINEERS, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert plan <br /> <br />checking services for processing the Laguna Point Subdivision; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KCA Engineers, Inc., of San Francisco, California, <br /> <br />Consulting Engineers, represents that it is qualified to furnish <br /> <br />such expert plan checking services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and KCA Engineers, Inc., of San Francisco, California, <br /> <br />enti tIed "Agreement - Plan Checking Services For Laguna Point <br /> <br />Subdivision" (form dated 09/12/90), a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.~ <br />
