O q I " 10; r, j "\\I(-i, '\i hi ""'" ~ i 1. .._ DES:djk ~8/20/90 (007/28) RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 1 1. 3 8 5 AUG 2 7 199U RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, CALIFORNIA, FOR MOTORCYCLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10161, adopted March 17, 1986, by this Council, the City of Redwood City and the City of San Carlos entered into an agreement pursuant to which the City of Redwood City provides motorcycle maintenance services for the Police Department of the City of San Carlos; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a new agreement replacing and superseding the prior agreement; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Motorcycle Maintenance Agreement" (form dated 08/20/90) by and between the Ci ty of Redwood City and the City of San Carlos, municipal corporations of the State of California, pursuant to which the City of Redwood City shall provide motorcycle maintenance services to the City of San Carlos, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Manager, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. 2. The aforementioned prior agreement between the parties, entered into pursuant to Resolution No. 10161 adopted March 17, 1986, shall, upon execution of the agreement approved hereby, be superseded and replaced by the agreement approved hereby. * * *
