<br />DES:dft '/24/90 (016/29) <br /> <br />OWners' Premises and bear all cost and expenses of transporting <br /> <br />the house from Owners' Premises to the City's Premises and <br />installing the same thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, There has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council an agreement providing for the acquisition of the House, <br />subject to certain terms and conditions, <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Purchase of <br />Real Property Improvements (1052 High Street, Palo Alto, <br />California)" (form dated 08/23/90) by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation in the State of California, <br />and Lewis and Belinda Rosen, providing for the purchase by the <br />City of the aforesaid House, a copy of which agreement is in file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11380 <br />
