Box 653 <br />Redwood City, California 94064 <br /> <br />Re: The "Sunflower Festival" (Arts and Wine Festival) <br /> <br />- <br />,"", <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Staudt, <br /> <br />The City Council on ******** has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the <br />Redwood City Downtown Association. to conduct the "Sunflower Festival" <br />in downtown Redwood City subject to and in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions herein. (Resolution *******) <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to the "Redwood City Downtown <br />Association--"Sunflower Festival" (hereinafter, for convenience, called <br />"Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event. The "Sunflower Festival" (Arts and Wine Festival) <br />shall be sponsored and conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />on Broadway Avenue between Main Street and Hamilton Street. <br /> <br />5. Dates and Time. The "Sunflower Festival" shall be conducted on <br />September 15 and 16 ,1990. The hours of operation shall be 10:00 AM to 6:00 <br />PM, each day. Set-up time will commence at 5:00 PM on September 14, 1990. <br />The sidewalks and streets will be completely clear by 8:00 PM, September 16, <br />1990. <br /> <br />Wine sales will cease by 5:00 PM on each day of operation. <br />
