<br />DES:djk <br /> <br />/15/90 (005/28) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AUG 2 7 1990 <br />11378 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br />PREPARATION OF WATER RECLAMATION MASTER PLAN <br /> <br />(CH2M HILL) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Redwood Ci ty requires certain <br /> <br />consulting engineering services for the preparation of a Water <br /> <br />Reclamation Master Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CH2M Hill, Consulting Engineers, represents that it <br /> <br />is qualified to furnish such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by CH2M <br /> <br />Hill, and this Council desires to approve and authorize its <br /> <br />execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />CH2M Hill, of Emeryville, California , entitled "Agreement - for <br /> <br />Consulting Engineering Services - Water Reclamation Master Plan" <br /> <br />(form dated 08/15/90), a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute said agreement, and to attest thereto, respectively, for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
