<br />CWM:dft 08/07/90 (003/29) <br /> <br />member of the above-identified recognized employee organization <br />and association, and for each annuitant retired from employment <br />who, if not so retired, would be covered by said employee <br />organizations enrolled in the PERS Health Benefit Plan, shall be <br />Sixteen Dollars ($16.00) per month. The aforesaid contribution <br />shall be in addition to those amounts contributed for <br />administrative fees and to the PERS Contingency Reserve Fund. <br />3. This Council does hereby appoint and direct the City <br />Manager to file with the Board of Administration of the Public <br />Employees' Retirement System a verified copy of this resolution, <br />and to perform on behalf of this Public Agency all functions <br />required of it under the Act and Regulations implementive thereof <br />of the PERS Board of Administration. <br />4.
