<br /> <br />CWM:dft 8/07/90 (005/29) <br />CWM:dft 08/09/90R <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.11375 <br /> <br />AUG 1 3 '1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE <br />PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF FIRE FIGHTER AND FIRE CAPTAIN <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Effective April 1, 1989, the monthly salary rates in <br /> <br />dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br /> <br />within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter and Fire <br /> <br />Captain as set forth in Exhibit II A" for the designated steps <br /> <br />thereof for the period April 1, 1989 to and including March 31, <br /> <br />1990. <br /> <br />2. Effective April 1, 1990, the monthly salary rates in <br /> <br />dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br /> <br />within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter and Fire <br /> <br />Captain as set forth in Exhibit "B" for the designated steps <br /> <br />thereof for the period commencing April 1, 1990. <br /> <br />3. Employees granted part-time appointments to positions <br /> <br />in the employment classifications of Fire Fighter and Fire <br /> <br />Captain as set forth in Exhibit "A" shall be compensated on an <br /> <br />hourly basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in <br /> <br />said Exhibit "A" for the period therein designated. <br />
