Interest and Redemption Fund, and the tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $0.5000 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of parking District No.1, as established by Resolution No. 1808, adopted by the Council of the city of Redwood city on December 20, 1954, and as confirmed by Resolution No. 1827, adopted by the council of the City of Redwood city on February 7, 1955, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. SECTION 3. BASIC TAX RATE. The total tax rate for the fiscal year July 1, 1975-June 30, 1976, upon each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable property within the territorial limits of the city of Redwood city, as said limits existed on March 1, 1975, excepting and excluding all property situated within the following annexed territories: Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 939 on August 14, 1959: Leslie Annexation No.2, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 940 on August 14, 1959: and Leslie Annexation No.3, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 941 on August 14, 1959: Edgewood Hills Annexation, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 1245 on July 7, 1966: Sequoia Hospital Annexation, annexed to said city by Resolution No. 5321 on March 29, 1967: canyon Road Annexation No.1, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 1271 on October 28, 1966: Toyon Annexation, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 1261 on September 12, 1966: and piombo Annexation, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 1213 on October 22, 1965: and also excluding all taxable property included within the limits of parking District No.1 as established by Resolution No. 1808, adopted by the Council of the city of Redwood city on December 20, 1954, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto: for all purposes is hereby fixed and levied at $1.7325. -3-
