<br />(b) <br /> <br />No tax is levied for the following General Improvement <br /> <br />Distr icts: <br /> <br />'.. . ) <br />',1. <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said <br /> <br />district was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted March 15, <br /> <br />1965: <br /> <br />( . . ) <br />,1.1. <br /> <br />General Improvement District Noo 2-65 as said district <br /> <br />was established by Resolution No. 4591, adopted Þlarch 15, 1965: <br /> <br />( . . . , <br />1.1.1., <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 3-65 as said district was <br /> <br />established by Resolution No. 4593, adopted March l5, 1965. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. <br /> <br />REPEAL. <br /> <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> <br />conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br /> <br />SEVERABILITY. <br /> <br />If any section, sentence, clause <br /> <br />or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a court of <br /> <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not <br /> <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br /> <br />and the city council hereby declares that it would have adopted said <br /> <br />ordinance and each section, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, <br /> <br />irrespective of the fact that anyone or more section, sentence, <br /> <br />clause or phrase be declared invalid. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. <br /> <br />TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. <br /> <br />The city Clerk is hereby <br /> <br />directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the <br /> <br />Auditor of the county of San Mateo in accordance with Section 5l551 <br /> <br />of the Government Code and to such other County officials as may <br /> <br />find it convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take <br /> <br />SECTION 9. <br /> <br />effect and be in force upon its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-5- <br />
