Generator use, chain saw use, and any other noise generating mechanical <br />equipment associated with the use of the subject site for the seasonal sales events <br />shall be prohibited after 8:00 PM. <br /> <br />19. Vendors or sales not associated with the seasonal pumpkin sales activity, other than <br />the retail operations conducted within the confines of the site, shall not be allowed <br />during the sales event. <br /> <br />20.lf food is provided at the sales event, the' applicant shall secure all required permits <br />from the San Mateo County Health Departmen't prior to the commencement of said <br />sales event. <br /> <br />21.Any lighting installed for the sales event shall be confined within the boundaries of <br />the project site and that any glare resulting from lighting shall be shielded from <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />22.Any signage associated with the sales event shall be subject to the City's sign <br />regulations and any required Sign Permits shall be secured by the applicant prior to <br />the commencement of said sales event. No off-site signage is allowed. <br /> <br />23. The applicant shall comply with all applicable Fire and Building codes. <br /> <br />24. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit for temporary power pole. <br /> <br />25. The applicant shall obtain the necessary approvals from the City's Building and <br />Inspection Services for any sewer and water hook-ups required for proposed use <br />prior to the installation of any equipment associated with the use. <br /> <br />26. The applicant shall obtain a parking-lease agreement with adjacent property owners <br />to secure off-site parking prior to the commencement of sales event. <br /> <br />27. The applicant shall post and maintain the conditions of the Use Permit (UP2003-49), <br />in its entirety, on the subject site during all scheduled days of the sales event. <br /> <br />28. Prior to the commencement of the sales events the applicant shall be required to <br />provide an informational flyer to the residents of Avondale Avenue, Finger Avenue <br />and Hyde Street within a one block radius of the subject site. The informational flyer <br />shall include, but not be limited to, information regarding the sales events, hours of <br />operation, parking information, and the applicant's phone number to register any <br />complaints about parking and/or noise. A copy of the informational flyer shall be <br />provided to Planning Services prior to the commencement of the sales event. <br /> <br />29. Pumpkin/tree sales staff shall monitor parking to ensure no parking occurs on EI <br />Camino Real, in front of any residential driveways or in any non-designated parking <br />areas. <br />
