Approve Parcel Map No. 2005-04 and accept the dedication of a Public Service <br />Easement. <br /> <br />2. Approve and authorize execution of a Construction of Improvements Agreement <br />with Ronald R. Grove and Robert F. Dobel. <br /> <br />Background <br />Ronald R. Grove and Robert F. Dobel are Owners of Record of said real property <br />located at 1021 and 1025 Lakeview Way, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />On November 29,2004, the Subdivision Committee approved the Tentative Map for the <br />subject property to subdivide the parcel into two lots. The Owners offer a public service <br />easement, and are required to improve the public street fronting their property. <br /> <br />The Owners' engineer, MacLeod and Associates, has completed the parcel map and <br />improvement plans and specifications in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act, <br />Redwood City Ordinances, and to the satisfaction of Engineering & Construction. <br /> <br />The Owners will post bonds in the amount of $123,000.00.
