ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the agenda or <br />any item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject you wish to address is not on the <br />aQend~ease unders~Brown Act (Open ~inQ Law) precludes the <br />Council from takinQ any action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are <br />considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent <br />Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, <br />and approve other items by one motion and one vote.
