employees, and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained <br /> by City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, or <br /> agents shall be in excess of Permittee's insurance and not contributory <br /> with it. <br /> <br /> 6. Abandonment. In the event that Permittee abandons or fails to use the <br />Premises, or fails, neglects, or refuses to maintain the Premises, including the fence, in <br />a neat and attractive condition, or to comply with any of the conditions herein contained, <br />or in the event that this permission shall be revoked, then all rights of Permittee <br />hereunder shall forthwith cease and terminate and Permittee shall then return the <br />condition of the Premises to its original condition or as nearly as possible thereto as <br />acceptable to City and shall remove the fence, all at Permittee's expense. <br /> <br /> 7. Assi.qnments. This permit and the privileges granted to Permittee hereunder <br />shall not be assigned by Permittee without the prior written permission of City. <br /> <br /> 8. Successors. The terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon, and the <br />benefits hereof shall accrue to, the successors in interest of Permittee, its assigns, <br />transferees, heirs, or grantees. <br /> <br /> 9. Amendments. Amendments or supplements hereto should be written and <br />shall be approved and executed in the same manner and by the same parties as the <br />original hereof. <br /> <br /> 10. Effective Date and Termination.
