<br />.,. <br /> <br />i)ttplICAIE ORJGllAl <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.4 <br />TO AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL, INFORMATION <br />AND COMPUTER TECHOLOGY SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of May 8, 2008 by and between <br /> <br />the South Bayside System Authority ("Authority") , a public entity duly organized and <br /> <br />existing under the laws of the State of California, and the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Authority and City entered into that certain agreement entitled, <br /> <br />"Agreement - Financial, Information and Technology Services" ("Agreement"), the term <br /> <br />of which expires June 30, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragraph 4 (Term) of the Agreement provides that the term thereof <br /> <br />may be extended in written amendment or supplement thereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the term through and including June <br /> <br />30, 2010; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 4 of the Agreement is hereby supplemented by extending the <br /> <br />term of the Agreement for an additional two (2) years, commencing on July 1, 2008 and <br /> <br />expiring on June 30, 2010. <br /> <br />2. Except as amended hereby and the First, Second and Third Amendments, <br /> <br />all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. Attachment A of the Agreement is appended hereto for convenience of <br /> <br />reference. <br />
