<br />It' <br /> <br />DUPLICATE ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.5 <br />TO AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL, INFORMATION <br />AND COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of May 13, 2010 by and between the South <br /> <br />Bayside System Authority ("Authority"), a public entity duly organized and existing under the laws of the <br /> <br />State of California, and the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California ("City") <br /> <br />\ WITN ESSETH <br /> <br />" \... '-...., .. <br />_.......:1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Authority and City-entered in the certain agreement entitled, If Agreement - <br /> <br />Financial, Information and Technology Services" (If Agreement"), the term of which expires June 3D, <br /> <br />f <br />2010; and , j <br />, \ J! <br />\ .. <br />WHEREAS, Paragrap~ 4 (~erm) ottthe Agreement provides that the term thereof may be <br />" ',i J l , <br />extended in written amendment or suppleQ:l.ent thereto; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 4 of the Agreement is hereby supplemented by extending the term of the <br /> <br />Agreement for an additional two (2) years, commencing on July 1, 2010 and expiring on June 3D, <br /> <br />2012. <br /> <br />2. Paragraph 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to indicate zero increase in <br /> <br />compensation during the terms of Amendment No.5. <br /> <br />3. Except as amended hereby and the First, Second, Third and Fourth Amendments, all <br /> <br />other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />4. Attachment A of the Agreement is appended hereto for convenience of reference. <br />
