- ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br /> (DOWNTOWN RETAIL-CINEMA PROJECT) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 5~/4 day of ~,~2002, <br />by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and politic, and MUNDIE <br />& ASSOCIATES of San Francisco, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BHV Innisfree Ventures I, LLC, a California limited liability <br />company (formerly Innisfree Companies, a California corporation and Western <br />Investment Real Estate Trust, a California Business Trust) (the "Developers") are <br />proposing to redevelop an area of the City of Redwood City commonly described <br />as the Downtown Retail-Cinema Project Area (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 29, 2001, the Agency Board of the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency and City Council of the City of Redwood City approved a <br />final EIR for the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developers have indicated their intention to amend the <br />Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, any amendment to the Project will require further <br />environmental analysis; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a separate agreement, the Developers will pay <br />those costs associated with any subsequent environmental analysis; and <br /> <br />F:Atty/Agr/Agr.041 1 <br />060302 <br /> <br /> <br />
