ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> NO. 1 <br /> <br /> This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following <br /> described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and the contractor (the <br /> "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: Environmental Consulting Services <br /> <br />Consultant: Mundie & Associates <br /> 3452 Sacramento Street <br /> San Francisco, CA 94118 <br /> <br /> Date of Agreement: July 5, 2002 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which ara in <br /> addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> Description of Services: <br /> Provide environmental review services to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency <br /> regarding the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirement to prepare <br /> an Addendum to the Certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed <br /> Downtown Retail-Cinema Project because of modifications to the previously <br /> reviewed project. The revised project does not increase the previously analyzed <br /> potential impacts. Perform additional traffic and parking analyses. <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described in this <br /> Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check and <br /> complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br /> a) __X__ (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based upon the rotes of <br /> charge and method of calculation described in the Agreement not-to-exceed <br /> $20,000 per this task order. <br /> <br /> b) __ Compensation shall be provided as follows: <br /> <br />3. Time of Performance. Contractor shall perform the services to be provided <br /> pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: <br /> <br /> Date of Completion: Upon City Council and Redevelopment Agency adoption of <br /> the Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement for the proposed <br /> Downtown Retail-Cinema Project. <br /> <br /> <br />
