<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />October 24. 2005 <br />MO. 05-213 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />October 25, 2005 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Services Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: 2005-2006 Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 5.11 (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 24, 2005. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Aguirre, Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, <br />and Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS FoustlBain to by motion (1) approve the contract documents and accept the <br />low bid of $330,125.00 from The Professional Tree Care Company, of Berkeley, <br />CA; (2) award the total not-to-exceed amount of the contract for the <br />Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project in the amount of $218,595.00 <br />for Fiscal Year 2005-2006, and the adopted budgeted amounts for the <br />subsequent four fiscal years to The Professional Tree Care Company, of <br />Berkeley, CA; and, (3) reject all other bids. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />W~'"~~~ ~~.~~~) <br /> <br />Patricia S.
