Compile and format text, graphics, and photographs. The text will include the following <br />chapters/elements: <br /> <br />a) Background, Vision andPlan Summary - Describes Bayfront issues, planning process, <br /> "placemaking" vision, and Precise Plan content. <br /> <br />b) Policy Objectives - Quantitative/performance policies for land use, circulation, urban design, and <br /> open space. These will address desired/recommended land uses, development density/intensity, and <br /> general architectural character. <br /> <br />c) ~mplementati~n and Administrati~n - This chapter wi~~ describe the administrative acti~ns needed by <br /> City departments to put the Precise Plan in place as a policy tool. This could include general plan <br /> and zoning amendments, adoption of plan lines, etc. It will also describe the Precise Plan's role in <br /> the development application and review process. <br /> <br />d) Supporting Illustrations/Photos/Format/Edits - Format text and incorporate photos, plans, sketches, <br /> and map/diagrams as needed; it is assumed that the Bayfront Precise Plan document will be 8-1/2" x <br /> 11", landscape format, black-and-white, with text formatting in PageMaker and graphics and photos <br /> in PhotoShop. Submit record CD to City to City of Redwood City staff for printing, number of <br /> copies and print costs to be responsibility of City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Task 10: Staff Document Review Meeting. Review admin draft and graphics and note changes, <br />modifications, and/or additions needed. It is assumed City staff will supply a single, non-contradictory <br />mark-up of departmental comments for review prior to meeting. At the meeting, revision comments and <br />modifications will be discussed and reviewed, and final mark-ups agreed upon for preparation of the <br />public distribution draft document. <br /> <br />Task 11: Modifications / Prepare Public Distribution Draft. Prepare reviews per the Staff review <br />meeting re-format document as needed, prepare cover art, and coordinate document printing. Submit <br />record CD to City of Redwood City staff prior to printing; number of copies and print costs to be the <br />responsibility of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Task 12: Public Hearings (2) - Attend Planning Commission and City Council/Agency hearings on the <br />Precise Plan. Assist City staffto respond to comments, questions and plan revisions. <br /> <br /> Task 13: Miscellaneous Staff Coordination Meetings (2). Two coordination meetings to be used at the <br /> discretion of City staff are budgeted. <br /> <br />Task 14: Final Bayfront Precise Plan / Revisions. Make final staff directed modifications consistent <br />with Commission/Council direction.
