the work hereinafter described, in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans prepared for Owners by Macleod and Associates, Consulting Civil Engineers, entitled, "Street Improvement Plans for 1021 and 1025 lakeview Way", and in accordance with City's Specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", adopted October 13, 2003, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer, Engineering & Construction. Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the subdivision regulations of City. To the extent that a conflict exists between the plans and specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter standard shall govern. Owners shall complete all of the Improvements, subject to time extensions allowable under Paragraph 11 of this Agreement, on or before October 31, 2006. The Improvements shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, all of the following: (a) grading, paving, slurry seal (b) curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways (c) sanitary sewer system, complete (d) water system, complete (e) storm drainage system, complete (f) street lighting system, complete (9) tree protect & tree removals (h) landscaping (i) pavement removal U) all conditions of approval for Tentative Subdivision Map T.M. No. 2004-07, heretofore issued for said subdivision, and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or mentioned in the abovementioned plans and specifications, conditions of permits and all construction, appurtenances and improvements necessary as reasonable determined by the City Atty/Ag r/2005. 070 091205 2
