EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />I. Scope of Services <br />Consultant shall continue to serve as the City's chief labor relations advisor and <br />spokesperson for negotiations of successor memorandums of understanding with six (6) <br />recognized bargaining units, as detailed in the Agreement. Additionally, Consultant <br />shall coordinate Industrial Disability Retirement committees with the Police Officers <br />Association, the Police Supervisors Association, and the International Association of <br />Fire Fighters Local 2400. <br />II. Fee Schedule and Reimbursable Expenses <br />Before July 1, 2019, services provided by the Consultant shall be billed at the hourly <br />rates delineated in Exhibit A to the Agreement. Effective July 1, 2019, services <br />provided by the Consultant shall be billed at the hourly rates delineated below. <br />Kelly Tuffo, Associate (Lead Negotiator) — $280.00 <br />Richard Bolanos, Partner—$370.00 <br />Donna Williamson, Partner — $370.00 <br />Erin Kunze, Associate — $260.00 <br />Travel will be billed at the attorney's hourly rate, but shall be limited to the time it takes <br />to travel from the Consultant's office to City's offices and back, or from the attorney's <br />residence to City's offices and back. <br />Unless authorized by the City in advance, reimbursable expenses shall be limited to <br />document processing and transmission. Reimbursable expenses will be billed per the <br />rate schedule delineated below.
