PARTIES <br />and <br />Redwood City 2020 <br />Pursuant to a <br />Safe Routes to School Grant <br />January 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019 <br />District- Mail activity and budget reports to: <br />Department: Safe Routes to School <br />Attention: Theresa Vallez-Kelly <br />Address: San Mateo County Office of Education <br />101 Twin Dolphin Drive. <br />Redwood City, CA 94065 <br />Email: tvkellv@amcoe.ora and tsera@smcoe.org <br />This agreement is made and entered into by and between the San Mateo County <br />Superintendent of Schools ("County Superintendent") as the Local Education Agency (LEA) <br />under a Safe Routes to School (SRTS) grant and City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for <br />Redwood City 2020 ("Agency"). <br />2. TERM <br />The term of this agreement is January 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019. <br />3. FUNDING CONTINGENCY <br />Funding for this agreement is contingent upon the appropriation and availability of funds from <br />the City/ County Association of Governments of San Mateo County ("C/CAG"). The Agency <br />will comply with eligible non -infrastructure expenditures as outlined in Exhibit C and eligible <br />small capital infrastructure expenditures as outlined in Exhibit D, if award includes <br />infrastructure funding. <br />4. FUNDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />If funded, the Agency agrees to provide services in accordance with the budget and Exhibits C <br />and D attached and incorporated by this reference into this agreement. The Agency is subject to <br />all applicable laws and regulations. The Agency understands and agrees that administrative <br />charges shall not exceed five percent (5%) of the total Grant Award.
