Butler should be permitted to resubmit a proposal when the <br /> time comes. <br /> <br /> M/S: Hartnett/Ira -The Board opted to take no action at this time. The Board requested that <br /> staff create a set of criteria subsequent to the presentation of recommendations made by the <br /> Downtown Task Force. The Board consensus was to allow W.L.
