<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> <br />This scope of services is intended to accomplish the following key objectives: <br /> <br />. The EDCCO Group to be the City's SCADA technical consultant, advisor, and <br />staff training coordinator. Assist the City of Redwood City, South Bay Systems <br />Authority (SBSA), Kennedy-Jenks Engineers, and any other agencies with <br />design, inspection, programming and construction tasks. <br />The work will be performed by a consulting team headed by Eric Daniel of Engineering <br />and Control Solutions. <br /> <br />Scope of Services: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />10. <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Engineering design. <br /> <br />Preparation of plans, specs., and drawings. <br /> <br />Coordination with trades and operations. <br /> <br />Coordination with Engineers and Public Works staff with the City of Redwood <br />City. <br /> <br />Coordination with engineers contracted to the Cjty of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Plan, spec., and submittal reyiews. <br /> <br />SCADA system integration and design. <br /> <br />SCADA system programming. <br /> <br />Procurement of goods and services. <br /> <br />Construction and operational assistance. <br /> <br />Develop an educational and informational training program for City Water Utility <br />System staff prior to and during system start-up. <br /> <br />Develop and describe the long-term information and data system documentation <br />that Water Utility System staff will be able to use after system start-up. <br /> <br />The EDCCO Group engineers shall report to and work under the direction of the City of <br />Redwood City Public Works Service Water Utilities Division. <br /> <br />All services and tasks shall be assigned and approved by Ron Vairora. <br /> <br />Agreement over $10K <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br /> <br />10 <br />
