These additional services have come <br />about due to extensive close-out effort required to complete the right of way transaction <br />process for the interchange project. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF EXTRA WORK <br /> <br />Task 1- Right of Way Closeout <br /> <br />o Project Management and Meetings <br />· Assist the City of Redwood City (City) with the right of way closeout process <br />and transfer of right of way from City to Caltrans (Overall project record map <br />and notes) <br />- legals and plats for bike path easement <br />· Assist with Caltrans coordination and approval o( documents <br />· Record of Survey (A Record of SUlvey will be filed with the County of San <br />Mateo upon the completion of this project. The Record of SUlvey will show <br />the State right of way. A % inch iron pipe with a Surveyor's tag will be placed <br />at the four major angle points along the new right of way. This scopes <br />assumes that sufficient control still exists on the site.) <br /> <br />Task 2 - Title Report for quitclaim deed (OPTIONAL TASK) <br /> <br />· Prepare right of way closeout documents <br />.. Title Report (parcel 58621-1) for quitclaim deed if required by <br />Caltrans <br />
