SECTION 2. That Article 4 (RH [Residential - Hillside] District) of the Redwood City Zoning Code is hereby amended to add new Sections 4.13 and 4.14 to read as follows: "Sec. 4.13 Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements.
