Area devoted to public sidewalks shall not be included in the calculations." SECTION 8. That Article 11 (PO [Professional Office] District) of the Redwood City Zoning Code is hereby amended to add a new Section 11.10, to read as follows: "Sec. 11.10 Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements.
