ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council/Redevelopment Agency and Public Financing Authority Board on any <br />subject relating to the City Council/Redevelopment Agency and Public Financing <br />Authority Board which is not on the agenda or any item within the Consent Calendar. !f <br />the subject you wish to address is not on the aqenda, please understand that the <br />Brown Act (Open Meetinq Law) precludes the Council from takinq any action at this <br />time. All items within the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and the City <br />Council/Redevelopment Agency and Public Financing Authority Board will waive the <br />reading of the Consent Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all <br />resolutions and ordinances, and approve other items by one motion and one vote.
