Adopt two separate resolutions: <br /> <br />a. Approving the submission of a Tire-Derived Product (TDP) Grant Program <br />Application for Roadway Resurfacinq in the amount of $100,000, and <br />designating the City Engineer as the authorized representative for the City <br />to sign Grant Applications. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF <br />APPLICATION TO THE CALIFORNIA INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT <br />BOARD FOR GRANT FUNDING FOR RUBBERIZED ASPHALT ROADWAY <br />RESURFACING PROJECTS USING TIRE-DERIVED PRODUCTS (TOP) <br /> <br />b.
