<br />/. / #- ..=;- <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Exhibit B is amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />PAYMENTS <br /> <br />In full consideration of the term pursuant to this Agreement, and subject to the <br />provisions of funding in paragraph l2.A of this Agreement herein, payment shall <br />be made upon receipt of District's invoice on or after July 2005 as follows: <br /> <br />A. County shall pay Redwood City Elementary School District one payment of ONE <br />HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND AND THIRTY DOLLARS ($104,030). <br /> <br />B. City will pay Redwood City Elementary School District one payment of EIGHTY <br />FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($85,500). <br /> <br />C. THE REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL <br />CONTRIBUTE NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($90,000) TO THE <br />REDWOOD CITY F AMIL Y CENTERS. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions of the Agreement dated July 1,2004, including <br />Change Order Number One, dated April 28, 2005, between the parties hereto shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
