That the City Council introduce an Ordinance Amending Article 60, Zoning <br />Map 8 of Ordinance No. 1130 to Rezone Properties Generally Located at <br />Woodside Road, Hess Road and Lucerne Avenue from General Commercial <br />or Multi-Family Medium Residential Districts to General Commercial- <br />Residential District. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO.8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, OF <br />THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE <br />PROPERTIES GENERALLY LOCATED AT WOODSIDE ROAD, HESS ROAD AND <br />LUCERNE AVENUE, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, FROM <br />THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL ("CG") DISTRICT OR THE MULTI-FAMILY MEDIUM <br />DENSITY ("R-4") DISTRICT TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL ("CG-R") <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />2.
