There are no known historical, archaeological or paleontological resources or sites or cemeteries or human remains in the project area and the site is not associated with any unique ethnic cultural values or an existing religious or sacred use. Therefore, the project would not be anticipated to result in an adverse impact on cultural resources. No excavation is required for the proposed project; however, should any human remains be found during on- or off-site improvements associated with the proposed project, the City of Redwood City Cultural Resources Management Plan guidelines requires that construction activities be halted immediately and the County coroner and a professional archaeologist be consulted to evaluate the significance of the find. If the remains are Native American, the Native American Heritage Commission is required to be notified. Implementation of these measures would result in a finding of less than significant impact to cultural, historical, and paleontological resources. x b) Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of an archaeological resource pursuant to § 15064.5?
