ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (CSG CONSULTANTS, INC.) i i-► a.. This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the qday of KA( ; , 2018, amending the agreement dated February 20, 2018 (the "Agre ent") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and CSG Consultants, Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for on call construction inspection services. RECITALS A. On February 20, 2018, the Parties executed the Agreement for Professional Services — CSG Consultants, Inc.; and B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to additional on-call construction inspection services, the payment for which would exceed the maximum dollar amount of the Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The term of the Agreement shall expire on December 31, 2018. 2. In exchange for additional on call construction inspection services as described in Exhibit "A" of the Agreement, City will pay Consultant a not -to -exceed amount of One Hundred Seventy One Thousand Six Hundred and No/100 dollars ($171,600.00) for services performed under Amendment No. 1, for an aggregate amount of Two Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 dollars ($228,800.00). Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies on invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. 3. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. 4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage for this Amendment.
