This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the 'D 'day of (D c_-6oe,✓ , 2018, extending and amending the agreement dated February 2b, 2018 and amended on May 11, 2018, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and CSG Consultants, Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for on call construction inspection services. I..1403111 Cll6""] A. On February 20, 2018, the Parties executed the Agreement for Professional Services -- CSG Consultants, Inc. ("Original Agreement"); and On May 11, 2018,. the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Professional Services — CSG Consultants, Inc. CAmendment No. 1 ";the Original Agreement and Amendment No. 1 are collectively referred to herein as the "Agreement"); and B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to additional on-call construction inspection services, the payment for which would exceed the maximum dollar amount of the Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. That the Agreement is hereby extended for a period of 6 months ending on June 30, 20'19. 2. In exchange for additional on call construction inspection services as described in Exhibit "A" of the Agreement, City will pay Consultant a not -to -exceed amount of Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 dollars ($98,800.00), for services performed under Amendment No. 2, for an aggregate amount of Three Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($327,600.00). Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. 3. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. 4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment.
