Location of Event Pacific Shores Center (1600 Seaport Blvd Redwood City, CA 94063), Westpoint Harbor, and portions of Seaport Boulevard east of Blomquist street starting the intersection of Chesapeake drive and Seaport. _ Purpose of Event This event is a fundraiser for the Stanford Triathlon Team's trip to National Collegiate Championships in Clemson, SC. It is also an important part of the California collegiate triathlon circuit as well as a great venue for local and regional amateurlage group athletes. We hope to use this event to showcase the sport of triathlon to Redwood City and raise the profile of Stanford Triathlon and Redwood city within the regional triathlon community. We have hosted successful events since 2009 and hope to maintain our positive relationship this year. Inclusive Dates of the Event Inclusive Times of Event March 3-4, 2018 12:00 PM, March 3 2016 to 5:00 PM, March 4 2016 Nature of Closures Required Inclusive Date and Times of Event Closures Saturday, March 3: 12:00 PM -3:00 PM March 3 The inner lanes along the Seaport Blvd. circle will be coned off and used for bike 7:00 AM -2:00 PM March 4 traffic, with the outer two lanes remaining open for two-way car traffic throughout. Sunday, March 4: The inner lanes of Seaport boulevard will be closed to traffic. Eastbound traffic will use the right lane on the East bound side, and West bound traffic will use the right lane on the West bound side of Seaport Boulevard. Around the Seaport Blvd. circle the left lane of the road will be coned off and used for bike all the way around the circle. The outer lane will be used for one way traffic all around the circle. Bike course is the only one with considerable differences between days.
