It is bound by Jefferson, Marshall, Main, and Broadway. SITE 05: Spring Street.5 acresThe smallest of the six sites under consideration, the Spring Street site is bound by Marshall, Main, and Walnut. It is located across the street from a new housing development. It is currently characterized by an island of underutilized green space, although the site also includes the portion of Spring Street between Walnut and the Main/Marshall intersection.SITE 06: Bradford Street / Redwood Creek 4.1 acresAt 4.1 acres, this site is the largest of the considered sites.
