This site is surrounded by mainly retail, commercial, and offi ce buildings, which can contribute to its success during the day, and possibly at night. This Site is centrally located, and near a hub of activity in the Downtown Core. Its location could also serve as an anchor to the adjacent mall and transit line, creating a new destination within downtown. Although there is no housing or active frontage immediately surrounding this site, it has some adjacency to active frontages that could potentially activate the site if it were programmed correctly (ie, adjacent restaurant opening to park).
