Site 05: Spring Street <br />•It is recommended that <br />Site 05 not advance to <br />Phase II. <br />•This site would only be a <br />viable option for a park if the <br />existing parklet, Spring <br />Street section, and adjacent <br />right-of-way were built <br />together as public open <br />space – and in conjunction <br />with (or contingent upon) the <br />redevelopment or <br />repositioning of the adjacent <br />Wells Fargo site. <br />•Given that Site 05 is not <br />adjacent to transit or a Core <br />Street, adjacent <br />redevelopment would be <br />necessary to activate and <br />provide “eyes” on the park.
