Scope of Work/ Tasks Deadline <br />Contractor shall provide 5 Year Title 19 Sprinkler Testing and Inspections at following facilities: <br />• Sandpiper Community Center <br />• Redwood Shore Maintenance Facility <br />• Red Morton Community Center <br />• Redwood City Police Facility <br />• Marshall Street Parking Garage <br />• Jefferson Street Parking Garage <br />• Fire Station #10 <br />• Fire Station #9 <br />• City Hall <br />• Fire Station #11 <br />• Fire Station #20 <br />• Main Library <br />• Public Works Services (MSC, Corp Yard) <br />• Redwood Shores Library <br />Contractor shall complete all testing and inspections by no later than one year from the Effective <br />Date of the Agreement. <br />2. Pavment Terms. <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined herein on a per facility basis not -to -exceed <br />$13,165.00. Fees will be billed on a per facility basis upon completion of each inspection per the <br />schedule delineated below.
