Off -Site Plan Review Fee for Combination Plans <br />This includes Building Code Structural and Non -Structural, Green Building Code, <br />Energy Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code, Electrical Code and Fire Code <br />Construction Valuation <br />Off-site Fee (as a percentage of Plan Review <br />fee <br />$1.00 — 1,000,000.99 <br />65% <br />$1,000,001.00 — 3,000,000.99 <br />45% <br />$3,000,001 and over <br />35% <br />Invoices: Consultant shall send invoices on a monthly basis addressed to: <br />City of Redwood City <br />Building Division Secretary <br />1017 Middlefield Rd <br />Redwood City, Ca 94062 <br />A separate invoice must be sent for each type of service provided (i.e. one invoice for plan <br />checking services, one for building inspection services, one for permit technician services, <br />etc.). For plan review services, Consultant must submit a separate invoice for each project <br />deemed completed by the Project Administrator, identified by street address and building <br />permit number for Off -Site Services, and by hours. For all onsite work, invoices must <br />include the name of the employee, date work was performed and number of hours worked <br />for each date.
