Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with SAFEbuilt, LLC to make <br />changes to the fee schedule in the agreement and extend the agreement for two months <br />for building inspection and plan review services; <br />4. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with Shums Coda & <br />Associates, Inc. to extend the agreement for two months for building inspection and plan <br />review services; and <br />5. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with TRB + Associates, Inc. <br />to make changes to the fee schedule in the agreement and extend the agreement for two <br />months for building inspection and plan review services; and <br />6.
