DILLER SITUATED IN REDWOOD CITY," filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on September 18, 1863 in Book "E" of Maps at Page 77, and copied into Book 1 of Maps at Page 83, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point where the Southerly line of Middlefield Road (formerly Webster Street) intersects the center line of the Easterly branch of Redwood Creek, said point of beginning being South 86. 07' West 239.90 feet, and North 53. 17' West 15 feet from the intersection of the Southerly line of Middlefield Road with the Westerly line of Main Street, and being marked on the ground by a cross cut in the iron railing of the bridge, said point of beginning also being the most Easterly corner of lands conveyed to the Town of Redwood City, by Deed recorded in Book 288 of Deeds at Page 111, Records of San Mateo County, (� California; thence from said point of beginning along said Southwesterly line of Middlefield Road, North 53. 17' West 22.75 C feet; thence leaving said line of Middlefield Road, South 36' 43' West 228.62 feet to the Northeasterly line of Pennsylvania Avenue, now called Railroad Avenue; thence along said North- easterly line, South 52. 09' East 351.43 feet, more or less, to the center line of said Easterly branch of Redwood Creek; thence Northerly along said center line to the point of beginning. V_ DILLER, SITUATED IN REDWOOD CITY", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on September 18, 1863 in Book "E" of Maps at page 77 and a copy entered in Book 1 of Maps at page 83, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Easterly line of Jefferson Street with the Northeasterly line of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence Northerly along said Easterly line of Jefferson Street, 100 feet to the Southwesterly line of lands deeded to the City of Redwood City by the Dozsee Company, a corporation, on July 7, 1947 and adopted by the Council of said City of Redwood City by Resolution No. 487; THENCE at right angles and Southeasterly along said Southwesterly line of said last mentioned lands, to the line of lands formerly owned and occupied by Redwood School District and known as School House Block; thence Southerly, following the line of said School House Block, to the Northeasterly line of Pennsylvania Avenue and thence Northwesterly along said last mentioned line, to the place of beginning.
