Grantee's covenants contained in Section 2 of this Grant Deed shall remain in <br />effect until the termination date of the Redevelopment Plan. <br />6. The covenants against discrimination, as set forth in Section 3, shall remain in <br />effect in perpetuity. <br />7. Any amendments to the Redevelopment Plan that change the uses or development <br />permitted on the Property or change the restrictions or controls that apply to the Property or <br />otherwise affect the Property shall require the written consent of the Grantee.
