(SSA) for playground and landscape <br />architecture design services for the Magical Bridge Playground <br />(Westside Red Morton Park Renovation Project) <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1A (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 12, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Borgens, Gee, Masur, Seybert, Vice Mayor Howard, and Mayor <br />Bain <br />M/S Howard/Gee to approve the Consent Calendar. <br />By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the <br />agreement with SSA for additional time and scope for playground and landscape <br />architectural design services for the Magical Bridge Playground (Westside Red Morton Park <br />Renovation Project) in the amount of $180,909 for a total agreement amount of $868,283 <br />and find that the project is categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15302, <br />15304, and 15311 of the CEQA guidelines. <br />Motion carried 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Council Member Aguirre absent. <br />wme4f <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
