JL- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 1 ~ 67 <br /> <br />AUG 1 3 l~~U <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SURVEYING AND DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />FOR SITE ROUGH GRADING AND SURCHARGE PLAN FOR POLICE <br />FACILITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Surveying and <br /> <br />Design Engineering Services for Site Rough Grading and Surcharge <br /> <br />Plan for Police Facility", by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Brian, Kangas, Foulk, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
